What are your hours?
Our Lobby is open for drop offs or pick ups: Sunday 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 11:00 am & 3 pm to 7 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 am. We have staff looking after the dogs 365 days per year, however, we can only accept or release guests during our lobby hours – no exceptions!
Can I take a tour of your facility?
Yes, please do! We conduct tours anytime our lobby is open. Feel free to stop by anytime – no appointment is necessary – we’d love to show you around.
Can I bring my dog along for the tour?
No dogs are allowed to enter our facility without having updated vaccination records on file with us, so please do not bring your dog with you (the health and safety of all our guests is our primary concern). Instead, we recommend bringing your dog for a Trial Day where they can learn what it’s like at our facility. This is also an ideal time for us to temperament test your dog to determine if they can play in one of our Doggy Daycare Groups while they are with us. We conduct temperament testing Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Plan on dropping them off for the whole day.
How do I make a reservation?
Click on one of the BOOK NOW buttons on our website. This will walk you through all the information we need to take good care of your dog while they are with us. You also need to call your vet and ask them to fax or email your dog’s up-to-date vaccination records over to us PRIOR to your arrival. We need to confirm everything is up-to-date and have their records entered into our system BEFORE you check in
What Vaccinations are required for my dog to play in Doggy Daycare or Stay in Overnight Boarding?
ALL GUESTS are required to be up-to-date on: Rabies, Distemper / Parvo and 6 Months Bordetella (canine cough). We also recommend your dog also have the latest vaccinations for Dog Flu. Please do NOT let these vaccinations expire.
