Check-In & Daily Routine
When you arrive, you’re welcome to tour our facility and see exactly where your dog will play and rest. We offer Dog Daycare, Overnight Dog Boarding, and Dog Grooming—all available in one place. First-time guests begin with a complimentary Meet & Greet Day, which introduces your pup to our team, spaces, and daily schedule. Drop-off is between 7:00–11:00 AM, and pick-up runs from 3:00–7:00 PM, with a report card to share how the day went.

Playgroups are formed after a friendly temperament assessment that looks at body language, energy level, and social style. Dogs who thrive in group settings join small, carefully matched playgroups. Those who prefer solo attention enjoy our VIP program, which includes leashed walks, enrichment activities, and one-on-one interaction.

All Overnight Boarding Guests go out 4 times each day for bathroom breaks. Complimentary Daycare is included with all Overnight Boarding stays. Our Overnight Boarding guests receive Daycare 7 days per week.
For anyone checking out Monday through Friday, you are welcome to stay past the standard 11:00 AM Checkout Time, but will be charged $18 for a Late Checkout - Extra Playtime Fee, and can stay until 7:00 PM.

Private Playtimes
For guests who want some extra play or who prefer to play only with humans, we offer Private Playtimes. Fetch, tug, chase, massage/tummy rubs, story time – you name it. Whatever your dog prefers, we’re happy to provide it – just let us know their favorite activities.

Dog Daycare
Your dog can enjoy a fun, yet structured, day in our Doggy Day Care program under the watchful supervision of our highly trained staff. Most of the day will be spent playing with friends (with a couple of nap times included to keep everyone healthy and in a good mood). We separate dogs by size, age, temperament and play style.
Dog Boarding
Underdog Kennels offers a variety of accommodations for Dog Boarding ranging from spacious private rooms to luxurious suites with full sized custom made TWIN BEDS, flat screen TVs with DVD Players, and offer a Special Room Service Menu featuring: grilled Grass-fed Ribeye Steaks, Atlantic Salmon Fillets, Boneless Chicken Breasts and Frosty Paws Doggy Ice Cream for dessert. When you leave town, your dog should get a relaxing, fun-filled vacation, too!
Dog Grooming
We also offer full service Dog Grooming by our experienced staff in our relaxing Underdog Kennels Paw Spa. Come in and let our attentive staff give your dog the total spa experience…after all, who doesn’t love some pampering?
Our services include: baths, nail trims, teeth brushing and ear cleaning. We do NOT trim any fur.
