We have over 18,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor Dog Daycare play space at Underdog Kennels. Outside, you’ll find multiple Dog Daycare yards with artificial play turf, shaded structures to protect against the Texas summer sun, and wading pools on warm days (over 80 degrees). As a result, these features come together to create a Splash Park for water-loving breeds! Inside, our play area is fully climate-controlled, so dogs always have a safe space when it’s too hot, too cold, or rainy outside. However, whenever the weather allows, we head outdoors to enjoy the fresh air. In addition, adventurous pups can explore our jungle gym–style play equipment, which encourages climbing, exploring, and plenty of fun.

- Kibble in a gallon-sized zip-top bag clearly labeled with your dog’s name
- Medications in original containers with veterinary information
- One blanket and up to two small toys (no choking hazards)
- Refrigerated foods in sealed plastic containers or pouches

Our check-in process ensures all feeding instructions, medical information, and care routines are reviewed carefully and recorded accurately.

- Staff will review feeding, medications, and routines with you

All Overnight Boarding Guests go out 4 times each day for bathroom breaks. Complimentary Daycare is included with all Overnight Boarding stays. Our Overnight Boarding guests receive Daycare 7 days per week.
For anyone checking out Monday thru Friday, you are welcome to stay past the standard 11:00 AM Checkout Time, but will be charged $18 for a Late Checkout – Extra Playtime Fee, and can stay until 7:00 PM.

Private Playtimes
For guests who want some extra play or who prefer to play only with humans, we offer Private Playtimes. Fetch, tug, chase, massage/tummy rubs, story time – You name it. Whatever your dog prefers, we’re happy to provide it – just let us know their favorite activities.

1. What kind of accommodations do you offer for boarding?
Everything from spacious private standard rooms to luxury VIP suites with custom twin beds and in-room flat screen TVs with DVD players. When you are out of town, your dog gets a relaxing, fun-filled vacation of their own.
2. What suites are available?
We have several themed VIP suites: Diva, Minions, Super Hero, Princess, Hunter, Snoopy, and Texas, along with comfortable standard rooms.
3. Do boarding dogs get to play during the day?
Yes, and it is included. Every overnight guest gets complimentary enrollment in our daycare program, so they have access to all 18,000-plus square feet of play space during the day.
4. What is on the room service menu?
Some seriously spoiled options: grilled grass-fed ribeye steaks, Atlantic salmon fillets, and boneless chicken breasts. For dessert there is Frosty Paws doggy ice cream, a vet-created non-dairy treat.
5. How often do dogs go outside during a boarding stay?
All guests go outside four times a day for bathroom breaks, plus their daycare play time during the day.
6. What is required before my dog can board?
A Meet & Greet first, and your dog must be at least 4 months old and fully vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella. Dogs over 6 months must be spayed or neutered, and unaltered males over 2 years are not permitted.
7. What is your cancellation policy for boarding?
For a regular stay we need at least 24 hours notice, or one night’s stay is charged. Peak season is stricter: it requires a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the reservation, and cancellations must be made 5 days (120 hours) ahead to convert that deposit to account credit.
8. When is peak season?
Peak season covers Thanksgiving break, Christmas and New Year’s break, and spring break. The exact dates are posted on the boarding page, and a 25% deposit applies to reservations during those windows.
