Cancellation Policy
We are a hotel (a dog hotel) and we have a Cancellation Policy just like a people hotel – We require notification of an overnight dog boarding reservation cancellation at least 24 hours prior. An amount equal to one night’s stay will be charged if notification is not received within this time frame.
Peak Season Deposit / Cancellation / No Show Policy
For Peak Season Reservations (Thanksgiving Break, Christmas / New Years Break and Spring Breaks), a Non-Refundable Deposit equal to 25% of your total reservation cost will be required to secure an overnight boarding reservation. This deposit will be applied to your final boarding balance at check out.
Any cancellations must be made 5 days (120 hours) prior to your scheduled Check In date and time to have your non-refundable deposit converted to an account credit good for future use at Underdog Kennels Dog Daycare and Boarding. Any cancellations less than 5 days (120 hours) or No Shows will result in forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit.
To cancel your reservation, an email must be sent to: info@underdog-kennels.com, which will act as a time stamp.

November 21 – December 1, 2025: Thanksgiving Break
December 19 – January 5, 2026: Christmas/New Years Break
March 13 – March 23, 2026: Spring Break
November 20 – November 30, 2026: Thanksgiving Break
December 18 – January 4, 2027: Christmas/New Years Break
Vaccination & Health Requirements
All guests must be a MINIMUM of 4 MONTHS OLD and FULLY VACCINATED with Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and 6 Month Bordetella (a 12 Month Bordetella is accepted if it’s been received in the last 6 months; otherwise, it would need to be updated before your dog can enter our facility).
All guests over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered (altered) to play in Doggy Daycare (pregnancy and aggression due to hormones are issues that we guard against).
No unneutered (unaltered) Male Dogs over the age of 2 are permitted.
