In our Paw Spa we do refreshing baths, nail trims, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing. It is the full pampering experience to leave your dog clean, fresh, and feeling great.
2. Do you cut or trim fur?
No, we do not trim any fur and do not do haircuts. Our grooming focuses on baths, nails, ears, and teeth.
3. Can I book grooming on its own?
Grooming is only available as an add-on to an overnight boarding stay or a daycare appointment. We do not take grooming-only appointments.
4. What shampoos and treatments do you use?
We carry a range, including Perfect Calm, Simple Shed, Bright White, Oatmeal Baking Soda, and Flea & Tick shampoos, plus a remoisturizing conditioner. We pick the right one for your dog’s coat and needs.
5. My dog gets anxious during baths. Can you help with that?
Yes. For nervous bathers we use our Perfect Calm Shampoo, which has lavender and chamomile aromatherapy to help soothe and relax your dog while it cleans.
6. How do you trim nails?
We use Dremel nail trimming, which gives a safer, smoother, and more comfortable result than traditional clippers.
7. Do you have anything for heavy shedders?
We do. Our Simple Shed shampoo and treatment is formulated to release loose hair and undercoat while it cleans, which helps cut down on shedding.
8. What about facial and ear care?
For faces we use a gentle Plum Perfect facial cleanser that lifts dirt and tear or food stains, and offer a pampering blueberry facial. Ear cleaning uses a gentle cleanser with aloe, tea tree, cornmint, and eucalyptus oils to clear out dirt, wax, and odor.
